During the Covid-19 situation, we are still requesting appointments only.
Our mask and social distancing policy is also still in place.
Suzanne will work with you by phone:
- Make an appointment request through our contact form, with some details about your needs.
- We will then email you links for the relevant manufacturers, along with a request for relevant details, such as room pictures, measurements, etc.
- We will then work out a time with you to chat by phone, when we will talk about options while looking through those manufacturer websites.
- After the phone call, fabric choices can either be dropped of to you for final selection or you can do curb-side pickup at the store.
- Complete your order with a final phone call.
In person appointments (1 person limit per appointment)
- At the Sofa Source Showroom (5148 Metral Drive)
- Masks are mandatory
- Practice social distancing of 6 feet
- You must supply a contact number
- You must indicate no known exposure to Covid-19 infected persons and must not be displaying any symptoms
- We are only scheduling 1 appointment per day every 2 days, to allow for disinfecting
